_{As the artist, I always have the final say in the undergoing commission}

_{Do keep in mind that you will be added into a queue list with your name or alias of choice. Otherwise you can state to stay anonymous, I keep this here to keep track of my commissioners and for people to know if a slot is free or not.}

_{While I may be working on my own personal artwork in between your commissions. It does not imply that I am no longer working on your commission. I wish to be able to draw things at my own free will.}

_{I only accept transactions through Ko-fi and/or PayPal as for now.}

_{Prices cannot be negotiated or bargained lower, I have reason of opening commissions, and it helps support me financially as an artist.}

_{Prices might increase or decrease depending of the detail of the character (e.g. so many trinkets, accessories, or multicolored character)}

_{Please provide a ref sheet to me when you are making a commission. If you don't have one, try your best to describe your character. Otherwise, if you want to design a character, it will be a special charge and this will be discussed with me.}

_{I reserve the right to cancel/refuse a commission and issue a full refund, with or without reason.}

_{I Accept 50% of the payment after the sketch, and the full payment (the other 50%) after the completion of the artwork.}

_{I have the right to decide how long a commission takes to do. An Extra fee will be charged if you explicitly wish it finished a certain time. I cannot guarantee a timeframe or deadline as I don't do well with such pressures. Please allow me to take my time during an undergoing commission.}

_{I cannot make big changes to an artwork if It has already gone through phases such as Lineart stage for poses/characters, Detailed Backgrounds. You may request changes during the sketch phase, but try to settle on one idea as too much changes can be overwhelming.}

_{My artwork is solely for personal use. For commercial purposes, I will charge a significantly higher price, which has to be discussed with me.}

_{My artwork is solely SFW! as I am still currently a minor. Please be careful with the ref sheets you send.}

_{Unless otherwise agreed upon, commissioned artwork will be made public on my social media sites. Please try to provide any important information to me!}

_{I maintain copyright ownership of my artworks and will take credit for them. Which means my art MAY NOT be used for AI learning and/or NFTs.}

_{Any terms missing here does not explicitly mean that it is allowable. Please try to communicate properly with me and ask all necessary questions.}
